About the event
The Absent Ear are currently no.35 in the UK's Top 50 cocktail bars. In collaboration with Sipsmith, we'll be hosting The Absent Ear as they take over our bar with £10 Sipsmith Gin and Vodka cocktails inspired by Vincent Van Gogh.
The evening will kick off with a masterclass on the history of the Martini (with tasters) by Sipsmith Prestige Brand Ambassador, Gergö Muráth, before we head into a night full of artful cocktails and colour-tinged madness. #MaybeHesBornWithIt #MaybeItsTheLeadPaint #OrTheAbsinthe
